Activity 1: Positive Parenting & Nurturing and Care
- Divide the participants into three-four groups and ask them to brainstorm on their understanding about:
- What 'parenting' is and what does 'Positive Parenting' mean?
- Nurturing and care.
- Write their responses on a flip chart.
- Ask the participants if they interact with their children and what are the various occasions in which they interact with children.
- Do a short presentation on parenting, nurturing and care and its importance.
- Summarize the key points.
